Introduction of new households <br />to a non attainment area for oxidant. <br />e.1 Finding. Residential growth in Pleasanton is <br />regulated as an air quality mitigation measure, <br />and is consistent with the Bay Area Air Quality <br />Management Plan, substantially lessening the <br />effect. Compliance with oxidant standards is <br />projected in the near future. <br />e.2 Fact. The General Plan policies of growth <br />management limit growth in compliance with air <br />quality requirements for sewer expansion <br />grants. The Air Quality Management Plan is <br />based on this growth rate for Pleasanton and <br />other Tri- Valley communities served by the same <br />facilities. <br />e.3 The Air Quality Management Plan projects com- <br />pliance with oxidant standards by 1987. <br />IV. Developer, by agreement, is obligated, in <br />conjunction with other North Pleasanton de- <br />velopers, to fund the water distribution facili- <br />ties necessary for North Pleasanton area de- <br />velopment.
