EXHIBIT "A" <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO.2361 <br />CASE PUD- 83 -19, September 28, 1983 <br />31. That the haul route for all materials to and from <br />this development be approved by the City Engineer <br />prior to approval of the final map or the start of <br />any construction. <br />32. That the developer submit an erosion and sedimentation <br />control plan or procedure as part of the improvement <br />plans prior to the approval of the final map. <br />33. That the developer submit a dust control plan or <br />procedure as part of the improvement plans prior to <br />approval of the final map. <br />34. That storm drainage swales, gutters, inlets, outfalls <br />and channels not within the area of a dedicated public <br />street or public service easement be privately <br />maintained by the property owners or through an <br />association approved by the City. <br />35. That approval of the water supply and distri- <br />bution system be withheld pending final design <br />and until the developer has demonstrated to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer that the proposed <br />system meets both the immediate and long -range <br />requirements for supplying water in this area. <br />36. That the developer comply with any and all <br />applicable requirements of the cross connections <br />control and backflow prevention device programs <br />required by the California Administrative Code, <br />Title 17. <br />37. That the developer pay the applicable Zone 7 and <br />City connection fees and the meter cost prior to <br />Council approval of the development for any water <br />meters (irrigation meters) not directly related <br />to a building permit. <br />38. That a separate water meter be provided to each <br />lot of record within the development unless <br />otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />39. That approval for the number, type and location <br />of fire hydrants be withheld pending final design <br />review by the Fire Marshal, and final review by <br />the City Engineer. <br />
