EXHIBIT "A" <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO.2361 <br />CASE PUD- 83 -19, September 28, 1983 <br />23. That the developer dedicate to the City for street <br />right -of -way purposes those parcels of land intended <br />to be public streets as shown on the development plan. <br />24. That the developer dedicate a grant of easement to <br />the City over those parcels shown on the development <br />plan as public service easements (P.S.E.). <br />25. That approval of the design for the line, grade, and <br />structural sections for the streets serving this <br />development be withheld pending final design and <br />review by the City Engineer. <br />26. That the developer secure approval from the Planning <br />Director for all proposed street names prior to submittal <br />of the final map. <br />27. That vertical P.C.C. curbs and <br />within this development unless <br />the City Engineer and that the <br />poured monolithically with the <br />sidewalk is adjacent. <br />gutters be constructed <br />otherwise approved by <br />curb and gutter be <br />sidewalk when the <br />28. That all existing wells, septic tanks or holding <br />tanks on the site be properly sealed, filled and <br />abandoned prior to the start of grading operations <br />unless Zone 7 retains specific wells for observation <br />wells, or special approval is obtained from the City <br />Engineer for temporary use of an existing well for <br />construction water. <br />
