The location and amount of "architectural paving" to be used
in both entry drives shall be subject to the final review and
approval of the City Engineer, and the homeowners
association(s) established for each area shall pay for the
maintenance of the areas of enhanced paving.

14. That the developer shall be responsible for the dedication,
design and improvements for the 5-acre public park at the
terminus of Foothill Knolls Drive, as determined by the City
Engineer. The park shall be completely improved in
conjunction with the first phase of any development on the
Laguna Oaks site, and the developer shall install temporary
fencing to separate the park from any areas that are under
construction as deemed necessary by the City Engineer. The
final plan for the park shall reflect the relocation of the
emergency vehicle access road required in the specific plan
so that it does not cut directly through the center of the
park area.

15. That the specifications for fencing to be submitted with the
design guidelines and site development standards in the final
development plan for each land unit shall include specific
measures for the design, construction, and location of solid-
type, privacy fencing on any lots which abut common open
space areas.

16. That the developer shall submit final, detailed plans for the
design and location of all soundwalls for the project in
conjunction with the final development plan. The break in
the soundwall along the west side of the Arroyo de la Laguna
shall be designed and built to be wide enough to accommodate
Zone 7 maintenance vehicles, and the configuration of the
wall shall be adjusted accordingly to maintain the standards
for noise mitigation required in the project EIR.

17. That all of the "Additional Recommended Mitigations"
contained in the Draft EIR for Stoneridge Meadows (October 8,
1987) pertaining to the preservation of cultural resources on
the site shall be followed during the development of the
site. In addition, restrictions shall be established in the
CC&R's for both land units of the project to prohibit
excavation which would impact areas below the natural grade
in those areas which have been identified in the Draft EIR
and Laguna Oaks specific plan as containing archaeological
resources.

18. That the final development plan submittal for Unit A shall
include an alignment plan and vertical profile showing the
existing and proposed improvements for Foothill Road from
Racoon Hollow Court to Bernal Avenue. The realignment plan
and profile shall conform substantially to the plan entitled
"Alternative 2: Staff Option", dated March 8, 1989, on file
with the Planning Department. The developer shall work with
staff on the final section and vertical profile for the road.
