12. That the crops grown on the remainder of the Corrie <br />property to the west of the subject site shall be <br />approved by the Fire Department in order to insure <br />that crops which are hazardous from a fire stand- <br />point are not raised in that area. <br />13. That the area around the swimming pool shall be <br />fenced per the requirements of the uniform building <br />code. <br />14. That the Fire Department reserves the right to review <br />and approve the deminsions of the speed bumps shown on <br />the development plan. <br />15. That the developer submit a building permit survey and <br />site development plan in accordance with the survey <br />ordinance (Article 3, Chapter 3, Title II) and that <br />these plans be approved by the City Engineer prior to <br />the issuance of a building permit. <br />16. That the site development plan include all required <br />information to design and construct site grading, <br />paving and drainage. <br />17. That the paving sections for the parking and drive <br />areas shall be designed on the basis of an R -Value <br />test and a traffic index to carry the anticipated <br />traffic load. The design shall be subject to the <br />approval of the City Engineer. The minimum paving <br />section shall be 2" AC on 6" AB. The minimum AC <br />pavement slope shall be 1 <br />18. That the location of any pad mounted transformers <br />shall be subject to approval by the Planning <br />Division prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />Generally speaking such transformer shall not be <br />located between any street in the front of a <br />building. <br />19. That the CCandRs for the project shall include a <br />provision prohibiting the parking or storage of <br />campers, trailers or boats on the project site. <br />A -2 <br />
