14. That the develope.c grant a ten rout (1.0 ft.,) wide <br />water line easement along the north property line of <br />Lot 4 and that the eight inch (8 diameter water line <br />in Mavis Court be extended by the developer to the east <br />property line of this development at the time of <br />construction. <br />15. That the developer comply with any and all <br />applicable requirements of the cross -connections <br />control and backflow prevention device programs <br />required by the California Administrative Code, <br />Title 17. <br />16. That a separate eater mater be provided to each <br />lot of record within the development unless <br />otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />17. That approval for the number, type and location <br />of fire hydrants be withheld pending final design <br />review by the Fire Marshal, and final review by <br />the City Engineer. <br />18. That approval of the sanitary sewer system be with- <br />held pending final design and until the developer <br />has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer that the proposed system i_s adequate, <br />connects to an approved point of discharge, and <br />meets both the immediate and long -range require- <br />ments of the sanitary sewer system in this and all <br />tributary areas. <br />19, That a separate sanitary sewer lateral be provided <br />to each lot of record within the development unless <br />otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />20. That approval of the storm drainage system be withheld <br />pending final design and until the developer has demonstrated <br />to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the system is <br />adequate, connects to an approved point of discharge, meets <br />any and all applicable requirements of the Alameda County <br />Flood Control District Zone 7, meets any and all applicable <br />requirements of the Federal Emergency Management Flood Hazard <br />Program, and meets the immediate and long -range requirements <br />of this development and all upstream areas intended to be <br />drained through this tract. <br />
