2- 6.33.04 Provision in Lease Required Re: <br />of Use Permit and Termination of Tenancy. <br />of a secondary dwelling unit authorized by <br />under this article shall be accompanied by <br />lease no matter what the form of tenancy. <br />shall contain the following provision in a <br />conspicuous manner: <br />Lapsing <br />The renting <br />a use permit <br />a written <br />Said lease <br />clear and <br />These premises are leased pursuant to the <br />Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton. <br />Lessor warrants that <br />is (are) the owner he, she, it, they, <br />occupant(s) of the primary dwelling on the <br />premises. In the event this use permit is <br />revoked or the lessor ceases to be the owner <br />occupant of the primary dwelling, this lease <br />shall terminate and the lessee shall be <br />required to vacate the premises upon thirty <br />(30) days notice of revocation or that the <br />premises have been sold unless a new owner <br />occupant applies for and subsequently secures <br />a conditional use permit from the City to <br />continue the use of the secondary dwelling on <br />the property for rental purposes. <br />2- 6.33.05 Design Review Required. The provisions of <br />Article 19 of this chapter shall apply to all appli- <br />cations for secondary dwellings for rental purposes on <br />single family lots. Applicants are advised to confer <br />with zoning administrator prior to preparing detailed <br />drawings. <br />2- 6.33.06 Inapplicability of Growth Management. Not- <br />withstanding any other provision of this code no growth <br />management or similar limitation on the number of <br />residential dwelling units allocated shall apply to <br />secondary dwellings for rental purposes as regulated <br />by this article. <br />2- 6.33.07 Number of Occupants in Secondary Dwelling <br />Unit. Occupancy of secondary units for rental purposes <br />shall be limited to two (2) persons. <br />2- 6.33.08 Standards. The following standards shall <br />apply to the design and construction of secondary <br />dwelling units for rental purposes: <br />a) The minimum lot size for the addition of a <br />secondary dwelling unit for rental purposes <br />shall be 8500 sq. ft. <br />
