c. No surface runoff may flow over the canal and creek <br /> banks. All surface drainage shall be collected in an <br /> on-site storm-drain system, and shall then enter the <br /> Arroyo Mocho Canal through reinforced concrete pipes <br /> with protected outfall structures (ACFC&WCD) Standard <br /> Drawing SF-604 or the City storm sewers located in West <br /> Las Positas Boulevard or Stoneridge Drive. The project <br /> developer must obtain an encroachment permit prior to <br /> any work inside the channel area from Zone 7 of the <br /> Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation <br /> District. <br /> <br />5. Miscellaneous <br /> <br /> a. This project shall be subject to all the applicable <br /> conditions imposed on Case PUD-81-30. <br /> <br /> b. Except as modified by these conditions, the uses and <br /> zoning regulations for the project shall be those of the <br /> RM-1500 zoning district. <br /> <br /> c. The project developer shall be responsible for the <br /> installation of any additional street lighting required <br /> to serve this project. The street lights be 70 watt, <br /> high pressure sodium vapor units mounted on galvanized <br /> steel poles with poured in place bases, on the LS-lC <br /> schedule per City requirements and P.G.& E. standard <br /> details unless otherwise specifically approved. The <br /> number, location, and type of electroliers shall be <br /> determined by the City Engineer prior to issuance of a <br /> building permit. <br /> <br /> d. Well 3S/1E 8L2 (located on-site near the corner of West <br /> Las Positas Boulevard and Tassajara Creek) and other on- <br /> site water wells without a documented intent of future <br /> use, filed with Zone 7 of the Alameda County Flood <br /> Control and Water Conservation District, are to be <br /> destroyed prior to any demolition or construction <br /> activity in accordance with a well destruction permit <br /> obtained from Zone 7. <br /> <br /> e. The applicant shall determine the elevation of the site <br /> grade existing prior to construction of Stoneridge Drive <br /> with the soils analysis to be done at the building <br /> permit plan check stage. All trenching, grading, or <br /> other construction activity that will penetrate 12" or <br /> more below the original site grade shall be supervised <br /> by a licensed archaeologist to be provided by the <br /> project developer. This determination shall be made by <br /> the Director of Planning, and shall be agreed to by the <br /> applicant prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br /> -5- <br /> <br /> <br />
