View of Main Entry Plaza (13 March 1990) <br /> b. Preliminary Site Plan (Landscape) (2 March 1990) <br /> c. Technical Site Plan (14 May 1990) <br /> d. Technical Site Plan (Alternate with Daycare) <br /> (14 May 1990) <br /> e. Pedestrian Circulation (21 February 1990) <br /> f. Detail of Building/Park/Plaza (2 March 1990) <br /> g. Elevation Studies - Freeway Elevation (21 February <br /> 1990) <br /> h. Elevation Studies - Stoneridge Mall Road Elevation <br /> Park Elevation (21 February 1990) <br /> i. Elevation Studies - Materials (21 February 1990), <br /> all of which are on file with the Planning <br /> Department, except as these plans are modified by <br /> these conditions of approval. <br /> <br /> 2. The final, Council-approved conceptual project shall be <br /> subject to review and approval by the Design Review <br /> Board prior to issuance of any building permit for the <br /> project, as shall any site plan changes, parking <br /> structures, modified building elevations, day care <br /> facility, or landscape changes. <br /> <br /> 3. A final landscaping plan shall be submitted to the <br /> Planning Director for review and approval prior to the <br /> issuance of a building permit. Included in this <br /> submittal shall be plans showing the relationship of <br /> landscape improvements to underground utility easements. <br /> The formulation of said final landscaping plan shall <br /> take into consideration the maintenance and integrity of <br /> these easements and utilities. The Planning Director <br /> may modify selected species and/or location of plantings <br /> on said final plan to protect said easements. The <br /> landscape plan shall maintain a minimum 10 ft. depth of <br /> landscape strip adjacent to the residential <br /> development. <br /> <br /> 4. No building permit shall be issued for this project <br /> until the previously required (PUD-81-22-2M) landscape <br /> plan for the 1-580 and 1-680 frontages of the site <br /> within the Caltrans right-of-way has been submitted as <br /> required; the Planning Director may defer installation <br /> of landscaping until freeway widening work has been <br /> completed. 0 <br /> <br /> -2- <br /> <br /> <br />
