Continues to July 23, 1990 the discussion whether the <br /> three foot height increase for a portion of the building <br /> is in substantial conformance to Measure X and/or <br /> whether to permit the three foot height increase for a <br /> portion of the building. <br /> <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a <br /> newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 4.
