8. The pylon sign shall be no taller than approximately 27.4' <br /> which places the top of the pylon sign at an elevation of <br /> 386.4' above sea level). This change shall be shown on the <br /> plans to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning prior <br /> to issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />9. The most westerly driveway on Pimlico Drive shall be signed <br /> for right-turn-in/right-turn-out only. <br /> <br /> 10. The building sewer shall extend easterly through the parking <br /> lot and shall tie directly into the sanitary sewer manhole on <br /> Pimlico Drive. <br /> <br /> 11. The driveways on Pimlico Drive shall comply with the City <br /> standards for commercial driveways. <br /> <br /> 12. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant shall <br /> provide a line of sight analysis from the eastbound Santa <br /> Rita Road/I-580 on-ramp to the McDonald's restaurant. The <br /> line-of-sight analysis shall be projected from the highest <br /> point of the superelevated curve to the HVAC equipment well. <br /> If the interior of the HVAC equipment well is visible to <br /> passing vehicles, the equipment well shall be screened from <br /> view to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning by <br /> increasing the height of the parapet walls (the preferred <br /> solution), increasing the landscaping between McDonald's and <br /> the on-ramp, or by installing a horizontal equipment screen <br /> within the roof well of the building. <br /> <br /> 13. All roof-mounted HVAC equipment and other equipment to be <br /> located in the building's equipment well shall not penetrate <br /> the horizontal plane established by the top-most edge of the <br /> building parapet wall. The applicant shall submit a roof <br /> plan and building parapet sections showing the locations of <br /> all roof mounted mechanical equipment, for review and <br /> approval by the Director of planning, prior to issuance of <br /> building parapets. <br /> <br /> 14. No McDonald's corporate flag may be displayed from the flag <br /> pole at any time. Federal and State flags to be displayed <br /> from the flag pole are limited to a maximum size of 5' by <br /> <br /> 15. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall <br /> submit the construction phasing schedule for the new facility <br /> to the Director of Planning for review and approval. <br /> <br /> 16. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant <br /> shall purchase additional sanitary sewer capacity for the <br /> larger restaurant covered by this development plan approval <br /> from the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> 17.
