following changes: restaurants with drive-throughs, permitted <br /> uses and conditional uses (listed on Table 18.44,090 of the <br /> Pleasanton Municipal Code), and the following uses are <br /> deleted: bars, residential uses, trailer/mobile home parks, <br /> truck, trailer, and/or R.Vs., sales and service, and trucking <br /> terminals. <br /> <br />18. In the event complaints are received by the Planning Director <br /> regarding truck parking, littering, loitering, noise, odors, <br /> lighting, panhandling, harassment of patrons, or other <br /> problems occurring on the site, the Director of Planning may <br /> refer the subject project back to the Planning Commission for <br /> review; the Planning Commission may at that time attach new <br /> conditions as necessary to eliminate/minimize the <br /> problem(s). <br /> <br />19. Signage for the proposed McDonald's is limited to the <br /> building and site signs shown on the development plan. <br /> <br />20. The applicant shall install a minimum, six foot tall open <br /> fence on the easterly property line between the McDonald's <br /> and Budget Rent A Car sites designed to trap litter blowing <br /> easterly from the site. The fence shall extend from the <br /> northerly property line and shall end by the last parking <br /> space facing the easterly property line. The final fence <br /> design shall be submitted to the Director of Planning for <br /> review and approval, prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />21. Unless otherwise indicated on the approved site plan or by a <br /> condition of this rezoning, there shall be no outdoor storage <br /> of any equipment, trash, or refuse associated with the <br /> operation of the restaurant. <br /> <br />22. McDonald's may occupy the new building prior to completing <br /> landscaping on the westerly large planter area so long as a <br /> bond or other security, satisfactory to the City Attorney, to <br /> secure this landscaping is delivered to the City prior to <br /> occupancy; the landscaping of this area shall occur within <br /> two months of the area being cleared and made available for <br /> McDonald's exclusive use for landscaping. <br /> <br />23. The applicant shall comply with the standard conditions of <br /> development Nos. 1 though 6, 8 through 27, 30, 31, 36, 38 <br /> through 41, 43, 45, 47, 48, 51, 52, and 55. <br /> <br /> -3- <br /> <br /> <br />
