Stanley Boulevard, California Street to First Street <br /> bridge: <br /> <br /> - westbound deceleration lane at project entrance <br /> (requires tree removal) <br /> <br /> - two westbound lanes from the easterly project entry <br /> to First Street, with permanent curb/gutter and 6' <br /> disabled vehicle/bike lane <br /> <br /> - left turn lanes at project entry to project and <br /> Irby property <br /> <br /> - left turn lane to Kaplan property (lumber yard) <br /> <br /> - standard configuration right turn lane, left turn <br /> lane, and through lanes at First Street signal <br /> <br /> - transition to First Street bridge using present <br /> pavement, but with modified intersection island <br /> <br /> - one eastbound lane the entire length <br /> <br /> - existing or improved bike path/sidewalk on south <br /> side of street; new sidewalk on north side from <br /> First street to project entry <br /> <br /> - deceleration lanes on eastbound lane at existing <br /> driveways (Kaplan and Irby properties) <br /> <br />b. Del Valle Parkway ("Little Stanley"): <br /> <br /> - All permanent improvements and lanes on the north <br /> side including sidewalk, curb and gutter, through <br /> lane, and deceleration lane <br /> <br /> - permanent median island <br /> <br /> - left turn lane to project (also serving Rachael <br /> Place and single family residents on south side) <br /> <br /> - interim improvements on south side consisting of <br /> through lane and on-street bike lane/shoulder (no <br /> curb, gutter, or sidewalk) <br /> <br />The developer shall acquire any necessary right-of-way along <br />Stanley Boulevard for the interim street alignment. If the <br />developer is unable to acquire said right-of-way, the City may <br />use its power of eminent domain. The developer shall <br />reimburse the City for all right-of-way costs incurred in the <br />acquisition. <br /> <br /> <br />
