32. The proposed sanitary sewer located under the walkway in front <br /> of lots 92 through 112 shall be relocated to the alley behind <br /> those units unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />33. The water main shall be looped from Stanley Boulevard via <br /> Madden Court to the Serpentine Lane water main. The location <br /> of this loop connection shall be shown on the tentative map <br /> and shall be subject to approval by the City Engineer. The <br /> City may reimburse the developer for part of the cost of <br /> installing this line, the details of which shall be worked out <br /> with the City Engineer prior to approval of the tentative map. <br /> <br />34. The developer shall show evidence that the PacTel easement <br /> that runs parallel with the 66 inch storm drain easement is <br /> not required by the utility. <br /> <br />35. The storm drain line in Katie Drive shall be sized to take the <br /> runoff from Parcel "C", Stanley Boulevard and any upstream <br /> drainage shed area. <br /> <br />36. The developer shall secure all necessary permits/licenses from <br /> the Union Pacific Railroad for the installation of the <br /> sanitary sewer manholes and water line extension to Serpentine <br /> Lane. <br /> <br />37. The common driveway between lots 14 and 15 shall be designed <br /> to serve as an overland drainage release to the Union Pacific <br /> Railroad. <br /> <br />38. The developer's engineer shall prepare all necessary documents <br /> for the abandonment of those easements noted to be abandoned. <br /> <br />39. The developer's engineer shall prepare all necessary documents <br /> for the lot line adjustment between this development and the <br /> adjacent development to the west. These documents shall be <br /> recorded concurrently with the filing of the final map. <br /> <br />40. There shall be check valves on the storm drain laterals <br /> located between the trough drain along Lots 89 through 112 and <br /> the public storm drain system. The trough drains, laterals <br /> and check valves shall be privately maintained. <br /> <br />41. If the developer elects to use a street light fixture other <br /> than a standard PG&E maintained fixture, the owners' <br /> association shall be responsible or any extra cost above the <br /> standard rate. <br /> <br />42.
