Shall be removed thirty days after the sale, <br /> lease, rental or display of the structure or <br /> land. <br /> <br /> (Subsection D, no change.) <br /> <br /> Section 18.96.060 Signs in C and I Districts <br /> <br /> No sign or outdoor advertising structure shall be <br /> permitted in a C or I district except as follows: <br /> <br /> (Subsections A-G, no change.) <br /> <br /> H. Signs pertaining to the sale, lease, rental or <br /> display of a structure or land, diffused or indirectly <br /> illuminated, as provided below: <br /> <br /> 1. For sites less than two acres in size, one <br /> sign not to exceed twelve square feet and a <br /> height of six feet. Said sign may be <br /> freestanding or mounted on the building. <br /> Freestanding signs must be located not less <br /> than ten feet from the street property line <br /> or back of sidewalk, whichever distance is <br /> greater; <br /> <br /> 2. For sites of two or more acres in size, one <br /> freestanding sign per street frontage, not to <br /> exceed thirty-two square feet and a height of <br /> eight feet. Said sign shall be placed <br /> parallel to the street and shall be located <br /> not less than ten feet from the street <br /> property line or back of sidewalk, whichever <br /> distance is greater. For corner lots, signs <br /> shall not be located within fifty feet of the <br /> intersection of the street property lines. <br /> <br /> 3.
