Ordinance No. 1492 <br />Page Two <br /> <br /> F. Signs pertaining to the sale, lease, rental or <br /> display of a structure or land: <br /> <br /> 1. For properties located in the A district, one <br /> non-illuminated sign not exceeding twelve <br /> square feet; <br /> <br /> 2. For properties located in the R district, one <br /> non-illuminated sign not exceeding six square <br /> feet. <br /> <br /> 3. Shall be removed thirty (30) days after the <br /> sale, lease, rental or display of the <br /> structure or land. <br /> <br /> (Subsections G-H, no change.) <br /> <br /> Section 18.96.050 Signs in O Districts <br /> <br /> No sign or outdoor advertising structure shall be <br /> permitted in an O district except the following: <br /> <br /> (Subsections A-B, no change.) <br /> <br /> C. Signs pertaining to the sale, lease, rental or <br /> display of a structure or land, diffused or indirectly <br /> illuminated, as provided below: <br /> <br /> 1. For sites less than two acres in size, one <br /> sign not to exceed twelve square feet and a <br /> height of six feet. Said sign may be <br /> freestanding or mounted on the building. <br /> Freestanding signs must be located not less <br /> than ten feet from the street property line <br /> or back of sidewalk, whichever distance is <br /> greater; <br /> <br /> 2. For sites of two or more acres in size, one <br /> freestanding sign per street frontage, each <br /> sign not to exceed thirty-two square feet and <br /> a height of eight feet. Said sign shall be <br /> placed parallel to the street and shall be <br /> located not less than ten feet from the <br /> street property line or back of sidewalk, <br /> whichever distance is greater. For corner <br /> lots, signs shall not be located within fifty <br /> feet of the intersection of the street <br /> property lines. <br /> <br /> <br />
