f. Gray water shall be used for dust control or grading activities. This water may be <br /> obtained from the Dublin San Ramon Services District Wastewater Treatment Plant at <br /> 7399 Johnson Drive in Pleasanton. <br /> <br />36. Aesthetic <br /> <br /> a. A comprehensive lighting plan will be submitted to City staff for review and approval <br /> prior to building permit issuance. <br /> <br /> b. Development shall be based on the Moller Ranch Design Standards, the West Foothill <br /> Overlay Zoning District, and the West Foothill Design Guidelines. <br /> <br /> c. Careful examination of the placement of the townhome units shall be conducted. <br /> Options to mitigate visual impacts include, but not limited to, repositioning of the units <br /> and landscape screening. <br /> <br />37. Archaeological <br /> <br /> a. If archaeologic materials are uncovered during grading, trenching or other on-site <br /> excavation, earthwork within 30 meters of these materials shall be stopped until a <br /> professional archaeologist who is certified by the Society of California Archaeology <br /> (SCA) and/or the Society of Professional Archaeology (SOPA) has had an opportunity <br /> to evaluate the significance of the find and suggest appropriate mitigation measures if <br /> they are deemed necessary. <br /> <br />38. That this project shall be subject to the Standard Conditions of Development, attached hemto <br /> and made pan of this case by reference, except Conditions Nos. 14, 25, and 34. <br /> <br />39. This development plan shall be of no further validity and the applicant shall be required to <br /> submit the same or new development plan for City approval prior to development of the site in <br /> the event that any of the following occur: <br /> <br /> a. The applicant fails to receive growth management approval within 2 1/2 years of PUD <br /> approval; or <br /> <br /> b. Subsequent to such approval, the applicant allows the growth management approval to <br /> lapse; or <br /> <br /> c. If exempt from growth management, the applicant fails to record a final map within <br /> two years of PUD approval. <br /> <br /> <br />
