33. Schools <br /> <br /> a. The Pleasanton Unified School District has developed school impact fees. These fees <br /> have been developed to mitigate any impact which may result from residential <br /> developments. The subject application shall be subject to said fees. <br /> <br /> b. The construction of residential units shall not commence until the Pleasanton School <br /> District indicates to the Planning Director that adequate capacity for the project- <br /> generated children will be available at the time of occupancy. <br /> <br />34. Storm Drainage/Sewer <br /> <br /> a. The applicant's engineer shall verify that the capacity of the existing storm drain <br /> culverts or sewer lines under Foothill Road are adequate to hartdie the run-off from this <br /> proposed development. The applicant shall mitigate any storm drain or sewer problem <br /> associated with this development to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. This <br /> information shall be submitted in conjunction with any tentative map application. <br /> <br />35. Water <br /> <br /> a. The applicant shall coordinate the source of water supply from one of the proposed <br /> water tanks from the adjacent residential developments. A tentative water supply plan <br /> shall be submitted in conjunction with any tentative map application. The plan shall <br /> include the location and method of distribution. <br /> <br /> b. No building permits shall be issued until water has been supplied to the site to the <br /> satisfaction of the Fire Department, Building Department, and Planning Deparanent. <br /> <br /> c. The developer shall be responsible for their fair share of costs associated with water <br /> improvements along Foothill Road. <br /> <br /> d. A final water line route at the southern boundary of the site shall be chosen according <br /> to an overland feasibility study which the developer shall participate in subject to the <br /> satisfaction of the Planning Director, City Engineer, and the Department of Fish and <br /> Game. The developers of the Presley and Moller properties shall enter into a <br /> reimbursement agreement for the preparation of this study. If it determined that a small <br /> bridge over Gold Creek is necessary for an overland route, a reimbursement agreement <br /> between the developers of the Presley and Moller properties shall be required. <br /> <br /> e. Should the City determine that an overland route is infeasible, the "770" water line <br /> shall be installed in "A" Street to Foothill Road, and in Foothill Road to the southern <br /> pwperty boundary. Said line shah be installed with all necessary seismic precautions, <br /> to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> <br />
