(SCA) and/or the Society of Professional Archaeology (SOPA) has had an opportunity <br /> to evaluate the significance of the find and suggest appropriate mitigation measures if <br /> they are deemed necessary. <br /> <br />13. Extehor wails shall be free of air conditioning, heating or other mechanical <br /> equipment. <br /> <br />14. Final inspection is required by the Planning Department prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />15. Any backflow prevention devices (double check values) installed with the development <br /> shall be painted forest green (Pantone color system number 2030) and shall be <br /> screened with shrubbery. The shrubbery shall be of a species and planted at a density <br /> to satisfactorily screen the device and shall be designed to blend with adjacent <br /> landscaping. All such devices shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of <br /> building permits. The adequacy of such screening shall be determined by the <br /> Planning Department prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />16. Prior to finai map approval, development standards for accessory structures shall be <br /> submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval. <br /> <br />17. That the applicant shall submit an illumination plan for the entire project for review <br /> and approvai by the Planning Director prior to the issuance of building permits for the <br /> project. The plan shall be designed to provide proper illumination and security in the <br /> common recreation area. <br /> <br />18. That the project wail shall include a gate between units/r21 and #22 to provide <br /> pedestrian access between the residentiai development and the Santa Rita Road <br /> frontage. The gate shall be designed to be controlled through a card or key system to <br /> provide security for the residents. The design of the gate and security system shall be <br /> submitted for review and approval by the Planning Director prior to the issuance of <br /> building permits for the project. <br /> <br />19. A tot-lot shall be provided in conjunction with the recreational area. The specific <br /> details shall accompany any tentative map application for review and approval by the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> <br />20. The project shall include at least one fire hydrant, adequate water supply, access and <br /> blue dots subject to review and approvai of the Fire and Engineering Departments. <br /> <br />21. Adequate emergency access shall be provided to the rear of the interior units or <br /> individuai units shall be equipped with fire sprinklers to the satisfaction of the <br /> Building and Fire Departments. <br /> <br /> <br />
