8. All of the existing trees not to be removed, as indicated in the <br /> tree report dated August 15, 1991, shall be preserved. The <br /> removal of individual trees may be allowed by the Design Review <br /> Board on a case by case basis in conjunction with house plan <br /> application where compensation benefits have been provided. <br /> These restrictions shall be recorded with the deed for each of <br /> the properties and proof of the recordation of the deed <br /> restriction shall be provided to the Planning Department prior to <br /> the issuance of building permits for the respective lot. <br /> <br />9. The applicant shall follow all of the recommendations of the tree <br /> report for the protection of the existing trees shown to be <br /> saved. The applicant shall notify the Planning Department of the <br /> commencement of grading. Upon the completion of the site grading <br /> and the foundation construction, the arborist shall provide a <br /> report to the Planning Department which outlines the health of <br /> the trees subsequent to the construction and the extent of damage <br /> to the trees, if any, caused by the construction. This final <br /> report shall be submitted to the Planning Department prior to the <br /> final occupancy of the structure. <br /> <br />10. Light construction'work including house construction activities <br /> shall be limited to Monday through Friday between the hours of <br /> 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. <br /> Grading, street paving, the movement of heavy equipment on and <br /> off the site, and semi-truck traffic shall be limited to Monday <br /> through Friday between the hoursS:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. <br /> <br />11. All construction equipment shall meet DMV noise standards and <br /> shall be equipped with muffling devices. Contractors and workers <br /> on-site shall not use portable radios to listen to music. <br /> <br />12. The applicant shall require all construction contractors to water <br /> exposed surfaces in late morning and at the end of each work day, <br /> with increased watering when wind speeds exceed ten mph. <br /> Contractors shall also be required to cleanup mud and dust <br /> carried onto the streets by construction vehicles on a daily <br /> basis or as determined necessary by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />13. The developer shall install the Forest Hill Drive roadway <br /> extension in accordance with the City's approved alignment plan. <br /> · All required utilities shall be provided in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />14. This development is subject to all of the Standard Conditions of <br /> Development attached to this report except for conditions 29, 31, <br /> 46, and 50. <br /> <br /> <br />
