4. Building pads (4} lower than street elevation <br /> <br /> IMPACT: Within the proposed development, four lots are proposed whose pad elevations <br /> He below the elevation of street grade. The City Council finds that provision of gravity flow <br /> sewer service to these lots is not possible. <br /> <br /> DEGI~EE: Pomntially Significant. <br /> <br />FINDING: The Council finds that installation of individual pump grinder stations. for the <br />homes (MM 7h) is a feasible mitigation measures which has been incorporated into the project <br />design or into the project by reference through conditions of approval, and will be effective in <br />reducing the impacts of this project to a less than significant level. <br /> <br /> 5. Homes bCy0nd fire d_epartment 5-minute re_sponse time <br /> <br />IMPACT: The City Council finds that homes located in high fire hazard areas and beyond <br />the ~ve-minut~ fire-response time of the City's Fire Department, could have a significant impact <br />on the ability of the City's Fire Department to respond to calls for fire-fighting service and <br />ability to provide adequam protection of life and property. <br /> <br />DEOBEE: Significant. <br /> <br />FINDING: The Council finds that implementation of mitigation measure requiring installation <br />of automatic residential fire sprinklers, fire hydrants and developer contributions towards fire- <br />fighting equipment partiCuharly Suited tO fighting fire~ in hillside areas (MM 7k, 71 and 70) are <br />feasible mitigation measures which have been incorporated intO the project design or into the <br />project by reference through conditions of approval, and will be effective in reducing the impacts <br />of this project to a less than significant level. <br /> <br /> Pa~e C-11 <br /> <br /> <br />
