15. The developer shall install the 66" storm drain across the <br /> site as shown on the grading plan. The final dasign of the linear park located between Stoneridge <br /> Drive and the neighborhood perk located by the school site is <br /> conditicned to be reviewed and approved by =he Par~s and <br /> Recreation'Commission prior to approval of =he first final map <br /> on =he site. The. neighborhood perk shall be designed in <br /> conju/lc=ion wi~h the 's~hool site in order to ensure <br /> satisfactory placement of the perk and school. The applicants <br /> can initiate discussion with the Perks and Recreation <br /> Commission at ar~ time regarding the design of talese <br /> facilities. <br /> <br /> Unless otherwise approved by =he Planning Director, the linear <br /> and neighborhood perks shall be constructed by the project <br /> developer. The applicant <br /> would record an open offer of. dedication on this eros pending <br /> the final decision on the Kaiser proper~. If no decision is <br /> made by the Cit~r within t~do years- of re~ordation of the final <br /> map to subdivide Village Thzme, then the applicant would be <br /> able to develop this portion of the site as shown on the <br /> development plan. <br /> <br />18.
