20. Final design of Martin Avenue shall be determined in <br /> conjunotion with the Village One development plan. <br /> <br />'21. ConsT_vuction of Village Three shall be phased so that <br /> occupancy of the units to be located within 300' of the south <br /> or east property lines of Village Three do not occur until <br /> after mining activity on the adjacent Kaiser property is at <br /> least 20' below existing grade. <br /> <br />22. Grades along the south sides of Village Two and Village Three <br /> shall match the existing grade of the buffer area portion of <br /> the Kaiser property by constructing a slope bank on the Kaiser <br /> proper~ or on the project site. Revised grading shall be <br /> shown with the tentative map to the sa~:isfac~ion of the <br /> DirecOors of planning and Public Works. <br /> <br />23. The applicants shall provide to the Pleasanton Unified School <br /> .DisVaric~c complete toxic and soil studies of the proposed <br /> school site prior to purchase. <br /> <br />24. The project developer shall implement the Standard Conditions <br /> of Approval except for Condition Nos. 3, 5--7, 14, 20-23, 25, <br /> 46, S4, and 56. <br /> <br />25. The applicants can either buila Stoneridge Drive to a ~wo-lane <br /> configuration and con~.ribu~e to the Cit~[ the funds necessar~ <br /> to complete Stoneridge Drive to i~s four-lane configuration, <br /> or to build Stoneridge Drive to a four-lane configuration <br /> consisting of a 20' sepera=ed sidewalk and planting area, an <br /> 8' eastbound bicTcle lane, two 13' ease_bound travel lanes, a <br /> 16' median island, ~ 13' westhound travel lanes, an 8' <br /> westbound bicycle lane, and a 20 · planting area. Final <br /> decision shall be made with the tentative map. <br /> <br />26.
