b. All work to be performed on the subject trees, whether top <br /> pruning, root pruning, cabling or other, shall be performed <br /> by a W.C.I.S.A. Certified Arboris~. <br /> <br /> 6. The developer shall poet a $5,000 bond for each of the Sycamore <br /> trees for the duration of construction. The bond shall remain in <br /> place for the three Sycamore trees adjacent to the building for a <br /> period of three (3) years after occupancy. Should such trees be <br /> damaged, be affected by disease or decay, or should they die, each <br /> tree shall be replaced by a specimen-sized tree as determined by <br /> the Planing Director and the City's landscape Architect. One-half <br /> of the bond for each tree that is required to be replaced shall be <br /> utilized by the City in a City-wide tree-planting program. <br /> <br />7. If archaeologic materials are uncovered during grading, trenching <br /> or other on-site excavation, earthwork within 30 meters of these <br /> materials shall be stopped until a professional archaeologist who <br /> is certified by the Society of California Archaeology (SCA) and/or <br /> the Society of Professional Archaeology (SOPA) has had an <br /> opportunity to evaluate the significance of the find and suggest <br /> appropriate mitigation measures if they are deemed necessary. <br /> <br />8. Exterior walls shall be free of air conditioning, heating or other <br /> mechanical equipment. <br /> <br />9. Final inspection is required by the Planning Department prior to <br /> occupancy. <br /> <br />10. All roof equipment must be located below the top of the parapet <br /> wall to the satisfaction of the Planning Director. Evidence to <br /> this effect shall be submitted to the Planning Director prior to <br /> building permit issuance. <br /> <br />11. The project shall comply with all requirements of the Pleasanton <br /> Fire Depar~nen= including those conditions outlined in the plan <br /> review dated January 7, 1992" on file with the Planning <br /> Department. These conditions include providing a fixed fire <br /> ercinquishing s]Fs~:ems, an approved automatic fire sprinkler <br /> system, and locating the Fire Department connection within 40 feet <br /> of r~e nearest fire hydrant. <br /> <br />12. Any double check values servicing the site shall be shown on the <br /> development plan for approval'by the Planning Director prior to <br /> the issuance of a building permit. These devices shall be <br /> screened with landscaping and painted a dark green to the <br /> satisfaction of the ~lanning Director. <br /> <br />13. The developer shall dedicate that portion of land within the <br /> public right-of-way along Pleasanton Avenue and a 10 foot sewer <br /> easement along the west side of the building as shown on the <br /> development plan. This shall be done prior to occupancy. <br /> <br /> <br />
