"20.20.010 National Electrical Code and Uniform <br /> .... A~m~nistrative Code Provisions for the <br /> National Electrical Code adopted <br /> <br /> A. There is adopted by reference those certain Codes <br /> known as the National Electrical Code, and the <br /> Uniform Administrative Code Provisions for the <br /> National Electrical Code, more particularly <br /> described in this section, except such portions as <br /> are amended, modified or deleted in this Chapter, <br /> and the same are adopted and incorporated as fully <br /> as if set out at length in this Chapter. <br /> <br /> B. Said Codes are the National Electrical Code, 1990 <br /> Edition, published by the National Fire Protection <br /> Association and the Uniform Administrative Code <br /> provisions for the National Electrical Code <br /> published by the International Conference of <br /> Building Officials, 1990 Edition, three copies of <br /> which are on file with the city clerk for use by <br /> the public. <br /> <br /> Section 20.02.02Q Addition to nrticle 90-9 <br /> Article 90-9 is added to the National Electrical Code. <br /> Penalties for violation. <br /> Penalties for violation will be as provided in section <br /> 1.12.020 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code." <br />Section 8: Section 8 (part) of Ordinance 1169, as amended, and <br />_v_ Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code are hereby <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> -20.24.010 Uniform Fire Code adopted <br /> <br /> A.
