C. Where reference in the Code to the 'director of <br /> public works' or 'city engineer' is made, it shall <br /> mean the "Director of Building Inspection." <br /> <br />Section 4: Section 20.12.135 is hereby added to the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code to read as follows: <br /> <br /> 20.12.135 Deletions <br /> <br /> "Section 1003(b) [General Requirements] and Section <br /> 909(g) of the Uniform Plumbing Code are deleted." <br /> <br />Section 5: Section 6 (part) of Ordinance 1169, as amended, and <br /> section 20.16.010 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code are <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "20.16.010 Uniform Mechanical Code adopted <br /> <br /> A. There is adopted by reference that certain Code <br /> known as the Uniform Mechanical Code, more <br /> particularly described in this section, except as <br /> amended, modified or deleted in this Chapter, and <br /> the same is adopted and incorporated as fully as if <br /> set out at length in this Chapter. <br /> <br /> B.
