Values for plywood shall be in accordance with Table No. <br /> 25-B. All plywood when designed to be exposed in outdoor <br /> applications shall be of the exterior type, except as <br /> provided in Sections 2516(i) and 2517(h)8. <br /> <br /> 20.08.040 Section 304(q) added - Inspections <br /> <br /> Section 304(g) is added to the Uniform Building Code to <br /> read as follows: <br /> <br /> In addition to called inspections required herein, the <br /> Building Official shall inspect any existing building or <br /> structure within the City when requested to do so by an <br /> owner or person acting under authority of the owner. Such <br /> request shall be made in writing on forms furnished for <br /> such purpose. An application shall be signed by the <br /> applicant who may be required to submit evidence to <br /> indicate such authority. A statement of all findings <br /> shall be sent to the applicant and the owner and a record <br /> shall be kept on file in the office of the Building <br /> Official. Applications shall be accompanied by an <br /> inspection fee in the amount of $95.00 or the total cost <br /> to the City whichever is higher. <br /> <br /> 20.08.070 Deletions <br /> <br /> Chapters 1, 12 (Division I and III), 24, 25, 31 and 53 of <br /> theAppendices of the UniformBuilding Code are deleted." <br /> <br />Section 3: Section 4 (part) of Ordinance 1169, as amended, and <br /> Section 20.12.010 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code are <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "20.12.010 Uniform Plumbinq Code adopted <br /> <br /> A. There is adopted by reference that certain Code <br /> known as the Uniform Plumbing Code, more <br /> particularly described in this section, except such <br /> portions as are amended, modified or deleted in <br /> this Chapter, and the same is adopted and <br /> incorporated as fully as if set out at length in <br /> this Chapter. <br /> <br /> B. Said Code is the Uniform Plumbing Code, 1991 <br /> Edition, and Appendix Chapters A, B, C, D, H and I, <br /> published by the International Association of <br /> Plumbing and Mechanical Officials.
