The following conditions shall be added to the conditions of approval for the Hopyard Village Shopping Center (PUD-85-10): Condition No. 20: Parking lot sweepers~ leaf blowers, and delivery trucks shall not be started or used in the 52 space eastern parking lot prior to 8:00 am or after 7:30 pro, Monday through Friday. Parking lot sweepers, leaf blowers, and delivery trucks shall not be used on Saturdays and Sundays. Condition No. 21: The property owner shall install small signs at the entrances to and inside the 52 space eastern parking lot stating "Access to and use of parking lot limited to management/security personnel, employees, and customers only. Between the hours of 9:00 pm and 6:00 am, only management/security personnel may enter this area." A plan for the design and location of the signs shall be submitted for review and approval by the Planning Director within 14 days of the date of approval of this modification. The signs shall be installed within 30 days of the date of approval by the Planning Director. Condition No. 22: Keys to the eastern parking lot gate shall be kept by property owner/management, security personnel, and the day care operator 0nly. No keys shall be made available to other business tenants, maintenance personnel, or others. Condition No. 23: The property owner shall install lattice panel extensions to the top of the existing masonry wall located along the rear property lines of 2790 and 2808 Longspur Way. The lattice panels shall match the design and height of the existing lattice panels at 2778 Longspur Way (approximately 3 1/2 ft. tall). A plan for the design and location of the lattice panel extensions shall be submitted for review and approval by the Planning Director within 14 days of the date of approval of this modification.
