Ordinance No. 1678 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves Case PUD-85-10-4M, the application of the City of Pleasanton <br /> and Manulife Real Estate for a major modification to an approved Planned <br /> Unit Development amending and adding conditions of approval regarding <br /> uses, hours of parking lot gate closure, parking lot lighting, landscaping, <br /> and lattice fence extensions for the 52 space eastern parking lot and <br /> buildings located at 5725 and 5737 Valley Avenue for the Hopyard Village <br /> Shopping Center located at the northeast corner of Hopyard Road and <br /> Valley Avenue, subject to the conditions on "Exhibit A" attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) <br /> days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general <br /> circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance <br /> shall be posted for ~t~een (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final <br /> passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on <br /> March 19, 1996. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on April 2, <br /> 1996 by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Cler <br /> APPROVED AS ~ <br /> Michael H.
