Ordinance No. 1674 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br /> A. The member's term of office on the Commission expires and another <br /> person has been appointed; <br /> <br /> B. The member voluntarily resigns from the Commission; <br /> <br /> C. The member is absent from one-third of the regular meetings within <br /> a six-month period as provided in Section 2.32.090 of this Code; or <br /> <br /> D. The member falls to maintain a residence in the City. <br /> <br /> 2.38.070 Vacancies <br /> <br /> Vacancies on the Commission shall be filled in accordance with the adopted <br /> City Council resolution establishing procedures for appointments to City <br /> Boards and Commissions. <br /> <br /> 2,38.080 Meetings <br /> <br /> A. All meetings of the Commission shall comply in all respects with <br /> Section 54950 et seq., of the Government Code, known commonly <br /> as the Ralph M. Brown Act. <br /> <br /> B. Regular meetings shall be held monthly with the time, place and date <br /> set by resolution of the Commission. <br /> <br /> C. Special meetings may be called by the chairperson, or by any five <br /> members of the Commission, provided written notice is given <br /> twenty-four hours in advance of the special meeting to the following: <br /> each Commission member, local newspapers of genera/circulation, <br /> and by anyone who has filed written request for notice with the City <br /> Clerk. <br /> <br /> D. Minutes of all meetings shall be kept and filed with the City Council, <br /> the City Manager/City Clerk, and the Assistant City Manager. <br /> <br /> 2.38.090 Quorum and Voting <br /> <br /> A.
