ii) All City maintained sanitary sewers shall be interconnected unless otherwise ap-
proved by the City Engineer.

iii) Building foundations located adjacent to utility lines shall be designed so that
the structure's weight does not bear upon these pipes, unless otherwise approved
by the City Engineer.

iv) Private courts shall have individual water services to each dwelling unit. Indi-
vidual sanitary lines to multiple dwelling units may be combined into a six inch
(6") sanitary sewer lateral, unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. A
two-way clean-out shall be installed on the sanitary sewer lateral in a location
back of the private service easement.

v) The typical street section for "A" Street and "B" Street shall be modified as
follows:

- The street section shall include vertical curbs and a four foot (4') wide
sidewalk along the noah side of the street. The width of the sidewalk ad-
jacent to the back of the parking stalls shall be enlarged to maintain a clear
four foot (4') walkway beyond any vehicle overhang.

The radius of the curb returns on "B" Street at "P" Court and "T" Court
shall be revised to twenty feet (20').

- Where the sidewalk is monolithic to the back-of-curb, the PSE shall be
widened to five feet (5') behind the sidewalk. In other areas of the project
site where there is no sidewalk, the five foot (5') easement shall be meas-
ured from the back-of-curb.

vi) The typical street section for all private motor courts and "J" Street shall be
modified as follows:

The street section shall include vertical curbs unless, because of the num-
ber of required curb-cuts, deemed to be infeasible by the Planning Director
and the City Engineer.

- The inside curb return radius on "S" Court and "V" Court shall be a mini-
mum of twenty feet (20').

At the rear of the private court, where the street width reduces to sixteen
feet (16'), the transition shall be a smooth radius eliminating the jog in the
curb.

PUD-81-30-60D January 2, 1996
