Said Code is the Uniform Building Code, 1994 Edition, Parts 1, 2 and 3, and all appendices thereto, published by the International Conference of Building Officials, including the National Fire Protection Association, articles NFPA 13 and NFPA 13-D, and including the American National Standard Institute/ American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ANSI/ASME) A17.1, 1987, Safety Code for Elevators and Escalators, including supplements ANSI/ASME A17.1a- 1988 and A17.1b - 1989, and the American National Standard for Accessible and Useable Buildings and Facilities, A17.1-1992, published by the Council of American Building Officials, as modified or amended in the Uniform Building Code referenced herein. (Section C, no change.) 20.08.012 Deletions. Sections 107.1, 904.1.2 exceptions 1 and 3, 1923.10.3 exceptions 1 and 2, 2326.11.3 Item 7, and Chapters 3 (Division III), 4 (Division III), 13, 19, 21, 23 and 34, of the Appendices of the Uniform Building Code are deleted. 20.08.015 Fees The Uniform Building fees shall be as set forth in the City of Pleasanton Schedule of Fees and Charges. 20.08.020 Section 103.1 amended - Penalties Section 103.1 of the Uniform Building Code is amended to read as follows: Penalties for Violation. Penalties for violations will be as provided in Section 1.12.020 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code.
