C. A developer shall include in its application whether <br /> all or some units in the project submitted are "custom <br /> subdivision projects" for purposes of applying the lapsing <br /> provisions set forth in Section 17.36.140(B). <br /> <br /> ~7.36.060 Approval process. <br /> <br /> A. Receipt of information. <br /> <br /> Prior to its granting any new approvals, the City <br />Council shall receive information concerning the City's ability <br />to provide infrastructure and services in the short-term to new <br />residents, the City's progress towards meeting its housing goals, <br />and the expected progress of developers with previously approved <br />projects towards completion of new residential units. <br /> <br /> 1. Annually, prior to the August allocation, the <br />Planning Director shall prepare a Growth Management Report <br />describing existing and projected availability of infrastructure <br />and provision of services and the progress of the City in meeting <br />its housing goals. This report shall be forwarded to the City <br />Council. <br /> <br /> 2. Semi-annually, prior to the February and August <br />allocations, the Planning Director shall survey and report to the <br />Council all proposed reallocations of growth management approvals <br />requested by developers. Reallocations may be for projects <br />subject to this ordinance or for projects participating in the <br />Modified Growth Management Program. The Planning Director shall <br />also estimate for City Council's review the number of new <br />building permits which will be issued in future years to exempt <br />projects and to projects which have received Growth Management <br />Program approval under the previous ordinance(s) but which are <br />not participating in the Modified Growth Management Program. <br /> <br /> <br />
