~7.36.040 Zligibility to apply. <br /> <br /> A. A project developer may apply for growth management <br />approval only after the City has approved the tentative map for <br />the project or, if a tentative map is not required, after the <br />City has approved the final design of the project. <br /> <br /> B. A project developer must apply for growth management <br />approval within one year from the date the City approves the <br />tentative map or from the date the City approves the final design <br />if no tentative map is required. <br /> <br /> C. A developer whose growth management approval for its <br />project has lapsod may reapply for growth management approval for <br />that project at any time after the actual lapsing of the former <br />approval; to be eligible to reapply, the project must have a <br />valid tentative or final map or, if a map is not required, a <br />valid final design approval. <br /> <br />17.36.050 Znitial application procedure. <br /> <br /> A. A project developer eligible to apply must file an <br />application for growth management approval by June 30 or December <br />31 in order for the City Council to consider the application in <br />August or in February, respectively. <br /> <br /> B. The planning department shall provide the necessary <br />application forms, and a project developer must file the <br />application with the planning department. The application shall <br />be accompanied by a fee established by the resolution <br />establishing fees and charges for various municipal services. <br /> <br /> 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
