C. For non-subdivision projects, growth management
approval lapses for individual units if a building permit has no~
been obtained within the calendar year the units have been
allocated (either ini=ial!y or through reallocation); if a
building permit issued during the appropriate calendar year
lapses without construction having begun after the conclusion of
the calendar year, growth management approval for that unit will
also lapse.

D. A project developer with any project/unit with lapsed
growth management approval must reapply before any new building
permit will be issued. Application may be made at the next
available allocation date (February or AugusE) provided that
eligibility requirements (tentative trace map approval, PUD
development plan approval, etc.) are met.

17.36,150 Subsequent modification-

A. Once a project developer has received growth management
approval pursuant to this chapter, the developer may modify the
approved plans without voiding growth management approval if:

1. If the number of units in the modified plan exceeds the
number of units in the original approved plan, then the developer
must obtain a separate growth management approval for the
additional units.

!8
