For custom subdivision projects, designated as such <br />the time of growth management approval, growth management <br />approval lapses if: <br /> <br /> 1. for all units in the map, the tentative map <br /> expires as provided in the Subdivision Map Act; <br /> <br /> 2. for all units in the map, the final map is <br /> reverted to acreage due to non-performance of the <br /> construction of improvements in the time frame of the <br /> Subdivision Map Act; or <br /> <br /> 3. for individual units, subdivision public <br /> improvements are no= complete by the end of the year <br /> the units to be served by those improvements have been <br /> allocated (either initially or through reallocation). <br /> <br /> 17 <br /> <br /> <br />
