2. for all units in the map, the final map is <br /> reverted to acreage due =o non-performance of the <br /> construction of improvements in the time frame of the <br /> Subdivision Map Act; or <br /> <br /> 3. for individual units, a building permit is not <br /> obtained within the calendar year the units have been <br /> allocated (either initially or through reallocations); <br /> or <br /> <br /> 4. for individual units, a building permit which was <br />issued during the appropriate calendar year lapses without <br />construction having begun and the year for which approval was <br />granted has passed. <br /> <br /> B.
