17.36,160 Relationship of growth management approval
othsr City approvals,

In order to tie statutory time limits for certain City
approvals to the Growth Management Program, the following time
limits are established:

A. An approved or conditionally approved tentative map
does not become effective unless the project receives Growth
Management Program approval within one year of the date the
tentative map is approved/conditionally approved. The tentative
map's life starts from the Growth Management Program approval
date, regardless of the year or years for which that approval is
granted.

B. PUD development plan approval will lapse if the
tentative map does not become effective by virtue of growth
management approval having not been granted, if the tentative map
expires, and/or if growth management approval lapses before any
tract or building improvements are installed.

C. Design review and/or PU~approval for projects without
subdivisions will lapse if the developer does not receive growth
management approval within one year from the date final design
approval is received. Once growth management approval is
secured, the design review/development plan approval remains
effective unless growth management approval lapses without any
construction having taken place.

gmpamend. fin

19
