B. Growth managemen~ approval shall non exempt nor affect <br />the project developer's obligation =o obtain all required <br />approvals as are required by statute or ordinance as a <br />prerequisite to the application for building permits. <br /> <br /> C. Except for custom subdivision projects, the City shall <br />issue a building permit for an approved unit only during the <br />calendar year for which growth management approval has been <br />granted or reallocated. Thus, where the City Council has granted <br />growth management approval for units for the calendar year 1994, <br />building permits for these authorized units may be obtained only <br />between January 1, 1994, and December 31, 1994. <br /> <br /> D. For custom subdivision projects, no building permits <br />will be issued until =he subdivision public improvements have <br />been completed to serve the units. Custom subdivision projects <br />shall be eligible for building permits in accordance with the <br />growth management approval schedule once the public improvements <br />are completed. For a custom lot, a building permit will be <br />issued in the year it is granted growth management or in any <br />subsequent year, so long as the public improvements have been <br />timely completed. <br /> <br /> E. All growth management approvals shall run with the land <br />and are not transferable except with the land. <br /> <br />17.36,140 Lapsing of growth management approval. <br /> <br /> A. For production projects requiring subdivisions, growth <br />management approval lapses if: <br /> <br /> 1. for all units in the map, the tentative map <br /> expires as provided in the Subdivision Map Act; <br /> <br /> 16 <br /> <br /> <br />
