17.36.1Z0 O~ow~h managemen~ agzeements. <br /> <br /> The City Council, at its option, may enter into a growth <br /> management agreement when deemed appropriate to achieve the <br /> purposes of this chapter and the General Plan. <br /> <br /> 17.36.120 Fees and ezaotions. <br /> <br /> A. A project developer will pay normal City development <br />fees in effect at the time building permits are issued or at the <br />time otherwise provided by the City ordinances or resolutions, or <br />by agreement. <br /> <br /> B. A project developer shall pay a growth management fee <br />in conjunction with the issuance of a building permit. Growth <br />management fees shall be placed in a special fund applied to <br />public projects made necessar~ by the cumulative effects of <br />ongoing residential development. <br /> <br /> C. The City Council may approve an increase or decrease in <br />the growth management fees or permi~ a developer to provide <br />finished public works in lieu of paying growth management or <br />other City fees in order to achieve the purposes of this chapter <br />and the General Plan. The fee or public work may be implemented <br />by resolution or by agreement with the developer. <br /> <br />17,36.130 Bffect of approval. <br /> <br /> A. Projects which were granted growth management approval <br /> <br />prior to the effective date of this ordinance shall be governed <br />by the terms and conditions of the ordinance in effect at the <br />time the approval was granted, unless, through agreement pursuant <br />to the Modified Growth Management Program, these terms and <br />conditions have been modified. <br /> <br /> 15 <br /> <br /> <br />
