resolution, but, in addition, the City Council may enter into <br />growth management agreements. <br /> <br />17.36.070 Reallocation of units <br /> <br /> Pursuant to Section 17.36.060, when the Council first grants <br />growth management approval for a project, it will determine <br />("allocate") the year or years building permits will be allowed <br />to be issued for the units in the project. In order to <br />facilitate accommodations to changes in market conditions, the <br />City Council, at the developer's request, may modify the <br />allocation by moving units either into earlier or later years as <br />provided below. <br /> <br /> A. A developer may apply for a reallocation by filing an <br />application with the Planning Department, together with any fee <br />which may be established, prior to the deadlines established for <br />new development project applications: June 30 for the August <br />City Council review and December 31 for the February review. The <br />application shall include the new schedule showing the year or <br />years for which the developer wishes to be issued building <br />permits for all units in the project. <br /> <br /> 1. A request to modify a project's approved <br />development schedule may include changes to one or more years of <br />the approved allocation. <br /> <br /> 2. Requested changes to the approved schedule may <br /> shift units to earlier and/or later years than as provided in the <br /> approved schedule. Requests may include allocations for the <br /> calendar year during which the City Council will review the <br /> proposal as well as any subsequent year. <br /> <br /> <br />
