9) All down-hill cul-de-sacs and motor courts shall <br /> have drainage releases unless otherwise approved <br /> by the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> 10) "AA" street at Stoneridge Drive and "O" street at <br /> Gibraltar Drive shall be modified to allow two 12' <br /> wide outbound lanes and one 18' wide inbound lane. <br /> The entrance curb return at "O" street shall have <br /> a minimum 40' radius. <br /> <br /> 11) On-site sanitary sewer systems may only connect to <br /> the existing public laterals stubbed to Hacienda <br /> Business Park Lots 8A, 8B, and 26. If required by <br /> the City Engineer, on-site systems shall be <br /> redesigned to connect to existing laterals; no new <br /> sewer lateral connections to public streets are <br /> allowed, unless otherwise approved by the City <br /> Engineer. <br /> <br /> 12) The storm drainage from each lot shall be directed <br /> to an approved storm drain system in accordance <br /> with Sections 2907 (b) (5) and 7012 (d) of the <br /> 1988 Uniform Building Code, unless otherwise <br /> approved by the Building Official and City <br /> Engineer. <br /> <br /> 13) All retaining walls higher than 4' (measured from <br /> the top of the wall to the bottom of the footing) <br /> shall be constructed of reinforced concrete or <br /> shall be an approved crib wall type. Calculations <br /> signed by a registered civil engineer shall <br /> accompany the wall plans. <br /> <br /> 14) The publicly maintained sanitary sewers of each <br /> project area shall be interconnected, unless <br /> otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />28. There shall be no private driveway access to Hacienda Drive, <br /> Stoneridge Drive, and Gibraltar Drive. With recordation of <br /> the final map, the developer shall abandon all access rights <br /> to these streets except for "A" street, "O" street, and "AA" <br /> street. <br /> <br />29.
