2) Building foundations for the structures adjacent <br /> to the 24" and 27" sanitary sewers located in the <br /> LAVWMA and City easements shall be designed so <br /> that the structure's weight does not bear on these <br /> lines. In no case shall the building be set back <br /> from the pipes less than half the depth of the <br /> sanitary sewer pipes. These details shall be <br /> shown on the building construction plans. <br /> <br /> 3) "0" street, "R" street, "AA" street, and the <br /> portions of "S" street and "T" street facing the <br /> recreation area shall have vertical curbs. All <br /> other motor courts and streets not previously <br /> identified may have rolled curbs. The rolled curb <br /> street width shall be measured from flow-line to <br /> flow-line; the vertical curb from face-of-curb to <br />! face-of-curb. This detail shall be shown on the <br /> tentative map. <br /> <br /> 4) Garage length shall maintain a clear interior <br /> length of 20' and a width of 19', exclusive of <br /> washer/dryers, hot water heater, required <br /> garbage/refuse cans, etc. This detail shall be <br /> shown on the building construction drawings for <br /> review and approval by the Planning Director prior <br /> to issuance of building permits. <br /> <br /> 5) With construction of Area "B", the developer shall <br /> remove the existing chain-link fence between the <br /> Area "B" common open space areas and Tassajara <br /> Creek. Common area landscaping of Area "B" shall <br /> be extended to edge of the paved pathway/driveway <br /> specified under Condition No. 8c. <br /> <br /> 6) The developer shall install a grass-covered multi- <br /> use court in the recreation area for badminton, <br /> volleyball, etc. Details of the court shall be <br /> shown on the site plan and landscape plan for <br /> review and approval by the Planning Director prior <br /> to issuance of building permits. <br /> <br /> h. Area "C" <br /> <br /> Unless otherwise specified, the following design <br /> changes shall be shown on the tentative map submittal <br /> to the satisfaction of the City Engineer and Planning <br /> Director: <br /> <br /> - ]]-11 - <br /> <br /> <br />
