f. .~ea :l~n <br /> <br /> Unless otherwise specified, the following design changes <br /> shall be shown on the tentative map submittal to ~ie <br /> satisfaction of the City Engineer and Planning Diractor: <br /> <br /> 1) Driveway aprons shall have a maximum length cf 5' <br /> measured from the face-of-garage to the back of <br /> the rolled curb. <br /> <br /> 2) The median islands in the intersection of "A" <br /> Street with "0" Street shall be modified to allow <br /> for a smooth transition for northbound drivers <br /> from "0" Street to "A" Street. <br /> <br />~ 3) The building housing units 1-6 shall be moved <br /> farther east from "A" Street. This change can be <br /> achieved by removing the parking spaces between <br /> building/units 1-6 and building/units 7-12. <br /> <br /> 4) "A" street, "D" street, and the portions of "B" <br /> street, "B" court, and "C" court facing the <br /> recreation area shall have vertical curbs. All <br /> other motor courts and streets not previously <br /> identified may have rolled curbs. The rolled curb <br /> street width shall be measured from flow-line to <br /> flow-line; the vertical curb street width from <br /> face-of-curb to face-of-curb. <br /> <br /> 5) The intersection between "A" street and Hacienda <br /> Drive shall be modified to restrict "A" street to <br /> right-turn in/out movements only, unless otherwise <br /> approved by the City Engineer. The final decision <br /> shall be made by the City Engineer with the <br /> tentative map. <br /> <br /> 6) The developer shall install a grass-covered multi- <br /> use court in the recreation area for badminton, <br /> volleyball, etc. Details of the court shall be <br /> shown on the site plan and landscape plan for <br /> review and approval by the Planning DirectDr prior <br /> to issuance of building permits. <br /> <br /> g. Area "B" <br /> <br /> 1) A 7' long driveway apron is allowed provide that <br /> no two 7' long aprons are located next to e n <br /> other. This detail, along with any necessaly <br /> changes to the building architecture shall be <br /> shown on the building construction plans to the <br /> satisfaction of the Planning Director prior to <br /> issuance of building permits. <br /> <br /> - B-IO - <br /> <br /> <br />
