Ordinance No. 1584 Page Nine F. that the Driver violated any provisions of this chapter. 6.40,160 Driver's Permit - Issuance. After review of the information set forth in Section 6.40,140, if it appears to the Police Chief that the Driver is fit, willing and able to perform such duties expected of a Driver, the Police Chief shall issue a Driver's permit which shall bear the name, address, age, signature and photograph of the Driver. 6.40,170 Driver's Permit - Display. Every Driver issued a permit under this chapter shall post the permit in full view of all passengers while such Driver is operating a Taxicab. 6.40.180 Driver's Permit - Temporary. The Police Chief may, in the Police Chief's sole discretion, grant a temporary Driver's permit pending final action on any application for a Driver's permit as provided in this chapter, but no such temporary permit may be issued to any person who does not have a valid Class C license issued by the State of California. This temporary Driver's permit shall authorize the holder thereof to drive any Taxicab for a period of thirty days. 6.40,190 Chanqe of Employment. If a Driver changes his or her employment, the Driver shall within twenty-four hours thereafter notify the police department for the purpose of having the Driver's permit changed so as to correctly designate the name of the new employer. 6.40,200 Chanqe of Address. If a Driver changes his or her residential address, the Driver shall within ten days thereafter notify the police department for the purpose of having the Driver's permit changed so as to correctly designate the Driver's residential address. 6.40,210 Driver's Permit - Suspension and Revocation. A Driver's permit issued under the provisions of this Chapter may be suspended or revoked at any time by the Police Chief if the holder thereof: A. is convicted of a felony; B. the Driver's state Class C license suspended or revoked;
