23. All building and/or structural plans must comply with all codes and ordinances in effect <br /> before the Building Department will issue permits. <br /> <br />24. The house shall be constructed to meet Title 24 State energy requirements. <br /> <br />25. The applicant shall include erosion control measures on the final grading plan. The <br /> applicant is responsible for ensuring that the contractor is aware of such measures. All <br /> cut and fill slopes shall be revegetated and/or stabilized as soon as possible after <br /> completion of grading, or by October 15, whichever occurs first. If permanent <br /> landscaping is not in place by October 15, no grading shall occur unless approved erosion <br /> control measures are to the satisfaction of the Building Department. Such measures shall <br /> be maintained by the owner until such time as permanent landscaping is established. <br /> <br /> 26. No construction materials shall be stored within public rights-of-way. <br /> <br /> 27. If the rim elevation of the upstream public sanitary sewer is at an elevation higher than <br /> the lowest portion of the building pad, a back-flow prevention device (check valve) shall <br /> be installed on the lateral between the house and public sanitary sewer line. <br /> <br /> 28. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from existing <br /> residences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor. <br /> <br /> 29. The applicant shall submit a pad elevation certification prepared by a licensed land <br /> surveyor or registered civil engineer, to the Chief Building Official and Planning <br /> Director, certifying that the pad and building locations are per approved plans, prior to <br /> receiving a foundation inspection for the structure. <br /> <br /> 30. Dust and mud shall be contained within the boundaries of the property during times of <br /> construction. <br /> <br /> FIRE AND POLICE: <br /> <br /> 31. The home shall be constructed with Class A fire retardant roofing material to the <br /> satisfaction of the Fire Marshall. The applicant is responsible for the relocation of the <br /> emergency vehicle access gate to the satisfaction of the Fire Marshall. The gate shall be <br /> installed to the satisfaction of the Fire Marshall prior to occupancy. <br /> <br /> 32.
