33. All site improvements and house construction activities shall be limited to the hours of <br /> 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. Monday through Saturday. All construction equipment must meet <br /> DMV noise standards and shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />34. At no time shall campers. trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br /> sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the <br /> site at the end of each work day. <br /> <br />35. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to final inspection. <br /> <br />36. The applicants shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly visible from <br /> the adjoining streets during both daylight and night time hours. <br /> <br /> 37. The house shall the meet the fire and security requirements in Chapters 20.24 and 20.36 <br /> of Title 20, Buildings and Construction, of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> 38. The applicant shall ensure that fire protection facilities, including all surface roads, fire <br /> hydrants, and a water supply capable of furnishing the required fire flow shall be installed <br /> and serviceable prior to and during the time of construction. When alternate methods of <br /> protection are as approved by the Fire Chief, this requirement may be waived or <br /> modified. Proposed alternative methods of fire protection shall be submitted, in writing, <br /> to the Fire Chief. Work on the alternative fire protection methods shall not start without <br /> the approval of the Fire Chief. <br /> <br /> 39. Driplines of trees planted close to chimneys shall be at least ten (10) feet away from the <br /> these chimney tops. The dripline shall be defined as the area on the ground that the tree <br /> covers on attaining its mature form. <br /> <br /> 40. If required by the Police Department, the building shall be equipped with an alarm <br /> system, the type to be approved by the Police Department. This system shall be installed <br /> prior to occupancy of the building. The EVA gate must allow for fire suppression and <br /> life safety operation access by providing for the Knox key access in addition to the Police <br /> Department requirements. <br /> <br /> 41. The applicant shall submit a construction Best Management Practice (BMP) program for <br /> review and approval by the Planning Director prior to issuance of any building and/or <br /> grading permits. These BMP's shall be implemented by the general contractor and all <br /> subcontractors and suppliers of materi,~ls and equipment. Construction site cleanup and <br /> control of construction debris shall also be addressed in this program. Failure to comply <br /> with the approved construction BMP may result in the issuance of correction notices, <br /> citations, or a project stop work order. <br /> <br /> Conditions of Approval PUD-96-12 Page 5 of 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
