18. <br /> <br />-The project's central east/west collector street (Dennis Drive) shall be thirty-two <br />feet (32' 0") measured from face-of-curb to face-of-curb. Building design <br />shall complement the architectural style of the approved homes. <br /> <br />The project developer shall modify the units' designs to provide architectural de- <br />tailing and relief on the blank stucco walls which abut the de facto zero-lot-line be- <br />tween lots.
