The <br />CC&R's shall include the following items: <br /> <br />The property owners' association shall be responsible for the maintenance of <br />the recreation area, all private front-yard landscaping, all public landscaping <br />located between the soundwall and street-curb facing Stoneridge Drive, all <br />landscaping located in the planting strips between the street-curbs and side- <br />walks on interior public streets, and the landscaping located, between the <br />street-curb and property line along the south project boundary. <br /> <br />bo <br /> <br />The parking of boats, campers, and trailers shall be prohibited from the lots' <br />driveway aprons. This change shall be shown on the tentative subdivision map for re- <br />view and approval by the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />The project developer shall construct a six-foot (6' 0") tall masonry wall along the <br />south side of the LAVWMA easement and an eight-foot (8' 0") tall masonry wall <br />along the east side of the project site unless otherwise required by the Planning Di- <br />rector.
