88. A drainage release to F'ernwood Way shall be installed at the termination of"C" <br /> street. <br /> <br />89. The applicant shall install a perimeter drain along the northerly property line of the <br /> development. This drain shall be connected to an approved storm drain system. <br /> <br />90. The potable water system for the development shall be modeled using the City's <br /> master plan for Hillside development. <br /> <br />91.
