88. A drainage release to F'ernwood Way shall be installed at the termination of"C" street. 89. The applicant shall install a perimeter drain along the northerly property line of the development. This drain shall be connected to an approved storm drain system. 90. The potable water system for the development shall be modeled using the City's master plan for Hillside development. 91. There should be no individual driveway access to Foothill Road. The final mal:, shall reflect this condition. 92. All fill slopes shall be graded at a maximum slope of 3:1 unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. 93. The stormwater runoff from each lot shall be directed to the street or an approved stormwater collection system in accordance with Sections 2907(b)(5) and 7012(d) of the 1988 Uniform Code unless otherwise approved by the Building Official and City Engineer. All roof leaders shall be connccted to the street gutter or other . means acceptable to the City Engineer. 94. The project developer shall provide a conditional letter of Map Revision from FEMA to the City Engineer prior to approval of the Final Map.
