Urban Runoff <br /> <br />98. The applicant shall comply with the City's non-point storm drain run-off <br /> ordinance. <br /> <br />99. The applicant shall label all on-site storm drain inlets with the wording, "No <br /> Dumping -- Drains to Bay" using City-approved methods and materials. On-site <br /> storm drain facilities shall be cleaned a minimum of twice a year as follows: <br /> immediately prior to October 15 and once in January. Additional cleaning may be <br /> required if found necessary by the City Engineer/Director of Building Inspection, <br /> <br />100. Continued use of fuel dispensing area shall be subject to review and approval by <br /> Fire Department. Fuel dispensing areas shall be located on concrete surfaces <br /> which extend at least 8 feet from the face of the fuel dispenser and at least 4 feet <br /> from the nose of the pump island. The surface must be graded and constructed to <br /> prevent drainage flow' across the fueling area. The fuel dispensing area shall be <br /> dry-swept routinely, and dispensing equipment shall be inspected routinely for <br /> proper functioning and leak prevention. The existing aboveground fuel tanks shall <br /> be replaced with a convault style tank subject to the approval of the Fire Marshall. <br /> The facility shall have a spill clean-up plan approved by the Fire Department. <br /> <br />101. Prior to the commencement of any clearing, grading, or excavation, the applicant <br /> shall submit a copy of the State Water Resources Control Board Notice of |ntent <br /> (NOI) for coverage under the State Construction Storm Water General Permit. <br /> <br />102. The applicant shall include erosion control/storm water quality measures on ,the <br /> final grading plan which shall specifically address measure3 to prevent soil, dirt, <br /> and debris from entering the storm drain system. Such measures may include, but <br /> are not limited to, hydroseeding, hay bales, sandbags, and siltation fences and are <br /> subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer/Director of Building <br /> Inspection. If no grading plan is required, necessary erosion control/storm water <br /> quality measures shall be shown on the site plan sub~nitted for an on-site permit, <br /> subject to the review and approval of the D~rector of Building Inspection. The <br /> applicant is responsible for ensuring that the contractor is aware of and implements <br /> such measures. <br /> <br />103. All cut and fill slopes shall be revegetated and stabilized after completion of <br /> grading, but in no case later than October 15. Hydroseeding shall be accomplished <br /> before September 15 and irrigated with a temporary irrigation system to ensure <br /> that the grasses are established before October 15. No grading shall occur between <br /> <br /> PUD-96-14 <br /> <br /> <br />
